Honda Civic Type R GT - Full Honda service history in Upminster, Essex for sale

Here is my Honda Civic Type R GT Only selling as getting a mortgage soon, otherwise I would happily keep it. Car has done 65k miles. Full Honda Service History. Last serviced at 60k miles. MOT is due 14.06.15 but it should pass as its only done 7893miles since last MOT plus it was fully serviced by Honda in November last year. One new tyre on 19.12.15 and one on 18.06.14 other 2 tyres still have good tread. Comes with brand new space saver spare wheel which cost me £90 from Honda!! Inside its in good condition, no rips on the seats. Type R mats all round. Comes with Parrot MKi9200 kit installed, which if you dont know lets you connect your phone so you can have hands free via bluetooth. Can also play music through this on your phone. Bodywork is in good condition for the age. Not perfect, theres the odd stonechip on the bonnet. As you can see from the pics it comes with mudflaps all round (I did plan on color coding these but didn't get round to it) Also comes with wind deflectors on front windows. I'm a non smoker so hasn't been smoked in, previous owner was also a non smoker. I have ALWAYS used BP Ultimate Unleaded fuel in this car (get lots of Nectar points!), none of that cheap stuff! Car drives well and also good on mpg if driven easy. I recently got 42.7mpg on a 3 hour drive up to see my parents. Great car, will be sad to see it go. Unfortunately only comes with 1 key, never been a problem for me though! If I don't answer my phone please leave a message or a text, as Its not always possible for me to answer my phone (bus driver)
