UMBERTO MASCAGNI Vintage Italian Double Headboard with integral bedside cabinets 1950s. This beautiful very rare Italian 1950s Umberto Mascagni double headboard covered in a faux leather material called skai in an off white creamy colour with aluminium decorative trim, the integral bedside cabinets have black glass to protect the tops and the legs have brass caps on the feet, all legs have a lizard skin like material on the legs with a brass strip, there is also thin metal and rubber strips going around the top edge and another long piece of black glass directly on the top. the light also works in the centre and looks great for a double headboard of this age around 1959 its in excellent condition all round, but it does have minor wear from age to be expected, it has been very well maintained and very rare.
